Neat little idea!

Though I think the demons chasing each other by default makes the game quite lacking. I simple let the kill each other and collect them skulls and only banished them when they were blocking too much of the map. I never really summoned or befriended a demon, in part maybe because of the dash.

But than again is quite hard to have a polish game in 48 hours, so good job!

The game is quite fun.

I managed to find a funny bug where you can feed one demon souls when it grows really big so that it becomes my friend. Then just spam right click to summon my demons and collect their skulls gaining a huge amout of score for free and really fast. I don't even need to use the candles anymore as they get instantly killed by the overfed demon.
